WomanVoters.com is an independent publication operated by a single owner. It is not a government agency, an election office, a law firm, a political committee, or a charity. It is not affiliated with the League of Women Voters of the United States, its state or local chapters, or VOTE411.

Educational scope

Everything here is general civic education and journalism. It is not legal advice, not medical advice, and not a determination of any person’s eligibility to vote or of any candidate’s ballot status. Election rules vary by jurisdiction and change over time. The linked state or local election authority is the source of record, and you should confirm anything you plan to act on with that authority.

Links to official sites

We link to government systems and to a small number of manually reviewed non-government official systems. Those destinations are operated by other parties under their own terms and privacy practices. We do not control them, we do not proxy them, and we do not prefill their forms.

Use of our content

You may read, print, quote, and share the material on this site with attribution to WomanVoters.com and a link to the page you used. Do not republish a page in full, do not present our material as government information, and do not alter a quotation or a verification date.
